How does HGR.AI connect to my Shopify store?
Through Shopify’s own approval screen, after you enter your store address, so HGR.AI only gets the access you grant. Your products and orders stay in Shopify; you work with them through your Agent and the HGR.AI workspace, and you can disconnect at any time.
Will it change my theme or existing products?
HGR.AI doesn’t edit your theme. Existing products come in as they are and keep their prices unless you apply a pricing rule. Changes go only to the fields you ask for, and new products start as drafts for you to review.
Can it replace some of my apps?
HGR.AI covers product research, content, pricing and stock rules, auto-ordering, tracking and, where supported, buyer support in one workspace. Which apps you keep is up to you – we’ll be clear about what HGR.AI does and doesn’t do for your store.
How does buyer support work on Shopify?
HGR.AI connects to your support email or chat where it’s available for your store, and shows each message with its order. Replies can wait for your approval or go out automatically, and refunds always need your authority.
Can I keep my own suppliers and brand?
Yes. Connect your own suppliers by link, file or feed alongside the HGR Catalog. Products are published in your store, in your voice, and you stay the seller to your customers.
Will HGR.AI bring traffic to my store?
No platform can promise that, and we won’t. HGR.AI helps you plan it: research asks where visitors will come from, and Optimization & Media produces product images and copy. Ad spend is always your decision and is never paid with HGR Credits.
