What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping means selling products you don’t hold in stock. When a buyer orders, you buy the item from a supplier who delivers it to them. You set the price and own the customer relationship; the supplier handles storage and dispatch.
Which dropshipping category should I start with?
Pick one where you understand the buyer and can deliver reliably. Light, durable products such as kitchen storage or tool accessories are simpler to start with; furniture and toys raise the stakes on delivery and compliance. Each category guide sets out the trade-offs.
Which is better for dropshipping: eBay, Shopify or TikTok Shop?
It depends on how you’ll reach buyers. eBay brings marketplace search demand, Shopify gives you your own brand but needs your own traffic, and TikTok Shop rewards products you can demonstrate on video. You can start with one and add others later.
Do I need my own suppliers to use HGR.AI?
No. With the HGR Catalog, HGR supplies you: it buys the goods, handles supply questions, cancellations, returns and refunds, and you stay the seller your buyers deal with. You can also connect your own Private suppliers by feed, file, API or link.
When can I start using HGR.AI?
HGR.AI is in development and taking early-access requests. Catalog markets – the UK, US, Australia, Canada and European countries – are enabled one at a time, and channel features depend on your country, account and what each platform supports.
