Not sure where to source? You’ll be able to browse a B2B dropshipping assortment supplied by HGR, check the numbers and list it in your store. HGR will handle supply. Your buyers still buy from you.
HGR supplies you
HGR will charge you per order and handle purchasing, supply questions, cancellations, returns and refunds. You stay the seller your buyers know.
Your price is locked at the sale
Once a buyer orders, your HGR price for that sale is fixed. If supply costs rise afterwards, you pay no surcharge: HGR covers the rise or refunds that item.
Short on stock? Ship what’s there
If an item runs short, HGR will fulfil the available quantities and refund you for the rest, without holding the whole order or adding a charge.
See the profit before you list
Each product will show its HGR supply price and an estimated profit from your retail rule – a 30% markup by default, which you can change.
Starting categories
Catalog supply is planned for the UK, US, Australia, Canada and European countries, enabled one market at a time. What you can list depends on your store’s market and channel.

What is HGR.AI?
HGR.AI is AI dropshipping software built around one AI Agent and six specialists. You run research, listings, pricing and stock, orders, buyer messages and media from one continuing conversation, with manual controls beside the Agent. No coding or workflow builder needed. It’s in development, and we’re taking early-access requests now.
Is it available yet, and what will it cost?
Not yet. HGR.AI is still in development, and early-access requests are open. Plans start at €49 a month plus VAT, with every feature on every plan – the pricing page has the details.
Which sales channels and countries will it support?
The initial sales channels are eBay, Shopify and TikTok Shop. What you can use on each depends on your country, your account and the operations that platform supports, and buyer messaging is added channel by channel where supported. HGR Catalog supply will open one market at a time across the UK, US, Australia, Canada and European countries.
How does the HGR Catalog work?
HGR will supply you. List Catalog products in your store; when a buyer orders, HGR will charge you at the price saved for that sale, then handle purchasing, supply questions, cancellations, returns and refunds. Missing quantities will be refunded to you while the rest ships. To your buyers, you’re still the seller.
Can I use my own suppliers?
Yes, as this part is built. You’ll name a supplier by link, file or chat, or connect a feed or API, and the Integrations specialist will check what’s feasible and estimate the HGR Credits to build, run and maintain it. There are no supplier-count tiers, and your private suppliers, terms and logins stay within your business.
What happens to my existing listings?
Connect a store and HGR.AI imports your listings as they are, without relisting or changing their format. Imported listings keep their current price until you choose to apply a pricing rule. From then on, the Agent and you edit the same listings, and your own changes are never silently overwritten.
Will the Agent make every decision for me?
Only the ones you allow. You set margins, budgets and how much it may do on its own. Anything outside those rules comes to you as a Needs you question, and you can stop any piece of work and resume it later. Actions also have manual controls, so you can do them yourself.
How is my store and account data protected?
Stores connect through each platform’s official authorisation. Logins and card details go into protected input, out of the Agent’s view. Your credentials, buyer data, private suppliers and decisions stay within your business, and you can inspect, correct or remove what the Agent remembers.
Which AI models does it use?
Either HGR-managed AI or your own OpenAI or Claude access, where eligible (Grok is planned). Pick Auto, Economy or Thorough, or use Choose model to name the exact model. The model and who pays for it are always visible and never change silently, and AI you fund yourself is never billed again by HGR.
