HGR Credits pay for the work HGR does for you: managed AI reasoning and research, monitoring, integrations and automations, voice, media generation and ordering. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and packs add more. Credits are service units, not cash, and they never pay for goods, shipping or ads.

A fixed 50 credits for each confirmed order placed with a supplier – about €0.50 at pack prices – including ordinary recovery if something needs a retry. A Catalog order uses 50 credits however many parcels it ships in. Orders from your own suppliers use 50 credits per supplier order placed. If no purchase goes through, no credits are used.

New paid work pauses – it’s saved, not lost – and resumes automatically when you add credits. There are no overage bills. Monitoring pauses too, and your stock-protection setting decides what happens to affected listings. Buy a pack at any time, or turn on auto top-up with a monthly cap you set.

No. For HGR Catalog products, you pay the supply price once per order, covering product, delivery, currency conversion and processing. The 50 credits pay for the ordering service, not the goods. Your buyer pays you through your sales channel as usual.

Included credits belong to the period they’re released in. On Starter, each weekly portion lasts until the end of that week. On Growth and Scale, the allowance lasts until the end of the paid month. Pack credits last 12 months from purchase. Included credits are always used first.

Yes, where eligible. Connect your own OpenAI, Claude or Grok access and HGR charges no credits for that reasoning – you pay your provider directly. Everything else – voice, media, monitoring and ordering – uses credits as normal, and an HGR plan is required.

No order caps, no supplier-count tiers and no per-member fees. Add as many suppliers and integration requests as you need; building and running them uses credits, and you see an estimate first. Invited members don’t need their own subscription. Each business workspace has its own plan.

Yes. A plan change takes effect from your next paid period, so what you’ve already paid for doesn’t change. If you need more credits before then, a pack adds them as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, your files stay available to export for 30 days. Catalog orders you’ve already paid for are still fulfilled or refunded by HGR. Unused pack credits stay on record until they expire, but need an active plan to be used.
