Will HGR.AI relist or migrate my existing eBay listings?
No. HGR.AI imports your active and ended listings with their variations, images and policies, however they were created. Nothing is relisted or converted without your instruction, and each listing stays at its current eBay price until you apply a pricing rule.
Can it fill in item specifics automatically?
Yes, where the facts support it. The Agent reads each category’s required and recommended specifics and fills them from the product data. When a value isn’t known, it asks you rather than guessing, because a wrong specific can mislead buyers and lead to returns.
Will HGR.AI run promoted listings for me?
Only with your approval. Growth can review a listing’s traffic, fees and margin, then propose a promotion or a markdown with its reasoning. Any ad spend needs your explicit go-ahead, and it’s paid to eBay as usual – never with HGR Credits.
How are returns handled?
Return and cancellation requests stay in eBay’s own flow, under your return policy. Your Agent follows each case and prepares the next step, and refunds to buyers need your authority. For HGR Catalog products, HGR also handles the supply-side return under the terms shown when you listed.
Can I sell on more than one eBay marketplace?
Yes, where supported. HGR.AI keeps each marketplace’s currency, policies and category requirements separate and confirms which operations your account can use on each. HGR Catalog products appear only for markets that are open.
Can HGR.AI answer eBay buyer messages?
Yes, where eBay allows it for your account. Messages arrive in one Inbox with the order and listing beside them. You choose draft-only or automatic replies, and anything involving money comes back to you.
